Penny Mata

Penny Mata has extensive experience in the field of support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, beginning as a Job Developer/Supervisor at T.E.R.I. Inc. from 1986 to 1991, before advancing to various roles within the State of Missouri, including Service Coordinator and Provider Relations Coordinator at the Kirksville Regional Office from 1992 to 2014. Currently serving as the Missouri Area Representative for Night Owl Support Systems LLC since 2014, Penny Mata focuses on integrating technology with residential support. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included developing individualized service plans, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state regulations concerning abuse and neglect inquiries. Educational qualifications include a degree in Recreational Therapy from Northwest Missouri State University and a Paralegal degree from the University of San Diego.
