Romulo Silva

Romulo Silva is a Director of Institutional Strategy at NOSSAS, where they currently lead efforts to enhance organizational initiatives. They hold a Master's degree in Education from UFMG and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from PUC Minas, complemented by a specialization in Cultural Management from UEMG. With a background as a cultural producer and educator, Romulo was actively involved in the Hip Hop movement and served as a researcher and professor at the Observatório da Juventude da UFMG. They also worked as a parliamentary advisor, coordinating public consultations for legislative funding, and have contributed to various cultural and educational projects in both municipal and state arenas.
