Alex Lowber

Alex Lowber has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. They started their career as a Counselor at Camp Pinnacle, where they planned and conducted activities for children. They then worked as a Programming Assistant at the EcoFocus Film Festival, assisting with film screening and programming. Alex also served as a Film | Media Programming Associate at the Atlanta Film Festival, where they contributed to the festival's submission and screening process. They also worked as an Intern at the WonderRoot Community Arts Center, coordinating gallery shows and organizing events. Additionally, Alex held the position of Director at The Videographers' Hella-Big Show (The V.H.S.), where they managed events.

In terms of professional roles, Alex worked as an Associate Producer and Production Apprentice at Made Movement, overseeing scheduling and budgeting for various projects. They also worked as a Producer at Coupe Studios Music + Sound Design, where they managed various aspects of audio production and pursued business development strategies. Additionally, they served as a Creative Producer at PopSockets, producing photography productions and managing a creative team.

Alex's most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Nota (formerly The Doe), where they oversaw project execution, ensured organizational efficiency, and managed strategic business growth planning. They also focused on employee satisfaction and work-life balance.

Presently, Alex is working as a Freelance Integrated Producer, handling all aspects of integrated projects, managing vendors, timelines, and budgets, and collaborating with creative teams and clients to bring concepts to life.

Alex Lowber attended The University of Georgia from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media Arts (Production) and received a Certificate in New Media.
