Mike Block

Mike Block has held a variety of positions in the manufacturing industry. In 2007, they began their career as a Manufacturing Machinist at Fastenal Company. In 2008, they moved to Stratasys Direct Manufacturing as a Project Coordinator. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Stratasys in various roles, including Senior Applications Engineer and Applications Engineer. In 2017, they founded and became President of ELITE Additive LLC. In 2020, they became Director of Application Engineering, Americas at INTAMSYS. In 2021, they moved to Desktop Metal as Regional Technical Manager - Midwest and in 2022, they joined Nota3D as Business Development Manager.

Mike Block has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Design Technology - Model Design/3D Printing from Bemidji State University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. Mike also has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Itasca Community College, which they obtained between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they attended the University of Minnesota for Project Management between 2013 and 2014. Mike also holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education, obtained in September 2013, as well as a Phase Selling for Additive Manufacturing Certificate from Motivational Pros, obtained in October 2021.
