Tom Roberts is a founding member and General Partner at Harbert Growth Partners, where they have been providing growth capital to emerging entrepreneurial leaders for over fifteen years. With more than 25 years of experience as a principal in creating and investing in new businesses, Tom has advised entrepreneurs and corporate executives on growth, financing, and exit strategies, particularly in enterprise technology, security, and e-commerce. Tom currently serves on the boards of several innovative companies, including Connectbase and Crunchy Data, and has contributed to the success of numerous technology firms through their extensive board membership experience. Tom earned a degree from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
