Mats Henriksson

Mats Henriksson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and management consulting. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor, Agent, and Matchmaker at Notar since September 2025, Mats specializes in the Södermalm area while also operating as a "broker without borders" throughout Stockholm. As the founder of Henriksson & Gutierrez since July 2022, Mats focuses on management consulting, leadership, and organizational development. Mats has held key executive roles at Vironova Medical AB and Vironova BioAnalytics, contributing significantly to the biotechnology sector by building scalable sales and marketing organizations.
