Josh Weiss has extensive experience in technical and customer support roles. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Notarize since May 2020, Josh previously held progressively responsible positions at ezCater from August 2018 to April 2020, including Quality Assurance Analyst and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, Josh focused on enhancing team performance through feedback, training development, coaching, and project management. Prior experience includes serving as a Help Desk Specialist at FTG Technologies, providing support for state licensing applications and troubleshooting routers, as well as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Bournewood Health Systems where observation and facilitation of therapy sessions occurred. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Personality Psychology from UMass Boston.
