Dan Lampman is the VP of Engineering at Notch. Dan has over 20 years of experience in the engineering field. Dan started their career at VTS, where they were a Senior Engineering Manager. Dan was responsible for the delivery of a complex, challenging, and high-visibility product roadmap. Dan also drove customer-first focus with passion for building and growing empowered product teams to develop products for an international client base.

After VTS, Dan Lampman joined Notch as the VP of Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for leading the engineering team and driving innovation within the company. Dan is passionate about building great products and teams, and is always looking for ways to improve the engineering process. Dan is a strong advocate for DevOps culture, and has invested in tools and processes relating to alerting, instrumentation, observability, SLA attainment, etc.
