Ben Wharfe

Ben Wharfe MBA has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. From 2022, they have been serving as the Global People Operations Director at Nothing. Prior to that, they worked at Fiit as the Chief People Officer and Director of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Fiit, they worked as a Non Executive Director at Recruitment Smart in 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Ben worked at EDF Energy as the Future HR Programme Director and Principal Business Partner. Ben also served as the Business Consulting Lead - CIO at EDF Energy from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Business Consultant at BP from 2008 to 2010 and as a Business Analyst at Accenture from 2006 to 2008. Ben started their career at Golfbreaks.com in a sales role from 2002 to 2003.

Ben Wharfe MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Bath from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2001 to 2005.
