Jeff Lu

Jeff Lu is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting and team management across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Nothing since September 2025, Jeff has previously held significant roles including Head of Talent at Motorway, and Recruiting Manager at Meta, where oversight of mobile engineering hiring for international teams resulted in a 3X scaling of recruitment efforts within two years. Other key positions include Head of Talent at Reddit and Medium, and Director of Recruiting at Lumosity, along with foundational experience as a partner at VonChurch and a technical recruiter at Oxford & Associates.
