Joanne Xiao

Joanne XIAO is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Director of Global HRBP at Nothing since May 2025. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of HR Director - GCR at HMD Global from September 2020 to May 2025, overseeing HR responsibilities across Greater China. Joanne also served as the Recruiting and OD Director at Meten English from March 2017 to March 2020, contributing to the company's growth as a leading English training provider in China. Earlier experience includes nearly six years at TCL Communication as the Recruiting Director and OD & TD Director, where Joanne focused on talent acquisition, retention, and development. Joanne earned a Bachelor's degree in Business English from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in July 2004.
