John du

John Du is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in leading design projects across major technology companies. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Industrial Design at Nothing since February 2022, John holds the position of Design APAC Site Lead. Prior to this, a tenure at Dell from February 2016 to January 2022 involved serving as the Principal Industrial Designer, where John led the design of the Dell Peripheral Eco-system. Earlier roles include positions at Microsoft as a Senior Industrial Designer in both Finland and Beijing, contributing to the design of the Lumia 7 Series and Windows Phone 10 devices. John's career began at Nokia, where significant contributions were made to the Lumia and Asha product ranges, and earlier experience as a Design Intern at LKK Design Co. involved leading over 30 successful design projects. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Beijing Information Science and Technology University.
