Oliver Bevan

Oliver Bevan is an experienced People Operations professional with a diverse background in talent management and employee engagement. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Nothing since November 2024, Oliver oversees all People Operations functions across the UK, EU, and USA, including onboarding, off-boarding, and process improvement. Previously, at TrueLayer from December 2019 to September 2024, Oliver held multiple roles, culminating in the position of People Operations Partner, where responsibilities included leading employee engagement initiatives across multiple countries. Earlier experiences include contributing to recruitment efforts at Wealthsimple, managing corporate events at the Ontario Centre of Innovation, and coordinating recruitment programs for Health Education England. Oliver holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of the West of England.
