Anna Dela is an experienced, self-driven talent acquisition professional with over a decade of global recruitment expertise, currently serving as Senior Recruitment Partner and EMEA Lead at Notified - the world’s only communications cloud for PR and investor relations.

At Notified, Anna leads recruitment across diverse regions including the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, and Lithuania, hiring for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technical roles up to the C-level. She partners closely with senior leadership and HR teams to shape regional hiring strategies, enhance candidate experience, and drive business growth through talent.

Passionate about employer branding, Anna owns and manages the company’s @NotifiedCareers Instagram presence and was the project lead on the career site revamp initiative. Her expertise also includes talent insights analysis, benchmarking, agency/vendor management, and psychometric testing (as a McQuaig SME).

Before joining Notified, Anna built her recruitment foundation at top-tier companies like UBS, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for the UK Wealth Management business, and Hays, where she partnered with American Express to fill corporate and leadership roles across the UK and Netherlands.

Bilingual in English and Polish and certified in global hiring, leadership, and compliance, Anna brings a truly international mindset to every search. She thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and has a proven track record of finding and securing top talent across markets.

Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mum (to Ruby Jane 🐾), a devoted F1 fan (go Red Bull!), and an enthusiastic hiker and coffee lover.
