Katy Shields

Katy Shields currently serves as Chief People Officer at Notion, where responsibilities include building the organization and participating on the Staff Executive Management team. Previously, Katy was a Board Member and Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Preply, and an advisor at Polly, supporting the CEO and VP of People. Katy's prior experience includes an Interim CHRO role at DoorDash, where direction was provided to the Executive Management Team and oversight was given to Global HRBP, employee relations, talent management, and strategic expansion initiatives as VP of Global HR. Katy also held a position as a Chief Member at Chief. Educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration, Management from San Diego State University and completion of the HR Certification Program at UC San Diego.
