Mohammed Ayaz is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter and founding recruiter for the APAC region at Notion since May 2022. With a strong background in recruiting, Mohammed has also contributed to The Talent Deck, while previously leading go-to-market recruiting efforts at Branch and helping to grow Recko from 30 to over 70 team members. Early career experience includes significant roles at Belong.co and TEKsystems, where Mohammed managed large client accounts and supported major corporations in expanding their engineering teams. Mohammed holds a degree from the Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
