Rama Katkar

Rama Katkar has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades in various influential roles. Starting in 2000, Rama began their career as a Media & Communications M&A Analyst at Morgan Stanley. They then joined General Atlantic in 2002 as an Associate and later moved on to TPG Global, where they served as a Vice President from 2006 to 2008.

In 2009, Rama joined Sanders Capital as an Investment Professional, contributing their expertise to the company's operations until 2011. During this time, Rama co-founded SaleTally, a retail data company, and led the development of data products for global retailers. SaleTally also collaborated with the International Council of Shopping Centers to publish the SaleTally-ICSC weekly promotion index.

Continuing their career in finance, Rama joined PayPal in 2014 as part of the Global Corporate Development team. The following year, they transitioned to Credit Karma, assuming the role of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & Strategic Finance. At Credit Karma, Rama played a significant role in leading corporate development, strategic finance, investor relations, and business operations. They were instrumental in building and scaling the finances and operations functions, supporting a $1 billion revenue business. Rama also managed capital markets activities at Credit Karma until December 2020.

Following their successful tenure at Credit Karma, Rama joined Instacart in 2021 as the Vice President of Finance. In this role, they contributed their financial expertise to the company until June 2022. Later in the same year, Rama assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Notion, a role they currently hold.

Alongside their other roles, Rama has also served as a Senior Advisor at Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE) since September 2021, providing valuable insights and guidance to the organization.
