Xin Yan is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading diverse engineering teams and managing web infrastructure projects. Currently an Engineering Manager at Notion since November 2025, Xin previously served as an Engineering Leader at TikTok, where the focus was on frontend development and empowering global engineering teams from October 2020 to November 2025.
