Celia Millan

Celia Millan is the Head of People at Noucor, where they focus on fostering culture and purpose within the organization. Previously, Celia served as a People Manager at Noucor and held various human resources roles at Uriach, including Senior Talent Specialist, where they managed selection processes and training programs. Celia has a background in psychology, having earned degrees from Universitat de Barcelona and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and is currently pursuing a certification from The Predictive Index.
