Over a 30-year career, they have held pivotal roles including Head of Global Quality at Exeltis and General Manager at Synthon, overseeing diverse teams and managing quality systems across multiple countries. Isabel’s expertise lies in Pharmaceutical Quality Systems and regulatory compliance, having implemented quality frameworks and led inspections for various international agencies. They hold a degree in Ciencias Químicas from the Universitat de Barcelona and completed an Executive Development program at IAE Business School.
