Stuart Muir

Stuart Muir serves as the Chief Operations Officer at noumi since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in supply chain management and operational leadership. Prior to this role, Stuart held various positions at Lion from February 2011 to April 2021, including Supply Chain, Quality, R&D Director for Dairy and Drinks, and Operations Director for NSW Milk. Stuart's earlier career included significant roles at Unilever from June 2002 to February 2011, such as Sourcing Unit Director for Minto Ice Cream and Operations Manager for North Rocks. Stuart holds a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Power & Controls from the University of Tasmania.
