Tom Dickins has extensive experience in the nutritional sector, currently serving as the Head of Technical and Process Engineering at Noumi since October 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Technical department and overseeing the Nutritionals division. Prior to this role, Tom held various managerial positions at Noumi, impacting the successful commissioning of a protein fractionation plant and leading the team in production continuous improvement. Before joining Noumi, Tom spent nearly a decade at Tatura Milk Industries Limited, progressing from Technical Officer to Production Manager, focusing on infant formula, bio-nutrients, and operational management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science & Technology from Federation University Australia.
