Nour Advisory is a strategic advisory firm supporting financial institutions, investors, and boards operating in complex and highly regulated environments, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.

We work at the intersection of finance, fintech, governance, and regulation, helping organizations navigate regulatory expectations, align with Vision 2030, and build operating models that are sustainable, transparent, and institutionally sound.

Our advisory approach is designed for decision-makers. We partner closely with boards, executive leadership, and investors to strengthen regulatory readiness, corporate governance, risk management, and financial discipline, enabling confident decision-making before scale, licensing, or market expansion.

Nour Advisory specializes in:

- Strategic and regulatory advisory for banks and fintechs

- SAMA-aligned governance and compliance frameworks

- Board-level financial and risk oversight

- Fintech regulatory readiness and licensing preparation

- Vision 2030 alignment through institutional execution

- Independent advisory for investors and shareholders

We believe regulatory compliance is not a checkbox exercise. It is a leadership responsibility and a strategic advantage when approached with clarity and discipline.

By delivering independent, actionable advice, we help organizations translate strategic ambition into consistent execution and scalable growth, particularly within the evolving fintech and financial services landscape.

Nour Advisory is built on executive discipline, objectivity, and long-term thinking—supporting institutions that aim to grow with credibility, resilience, and trust.
