A NourishDeep retreat is a holistic experience that nourishes women individually and in community. We use a combination of reflection and coaching and holistic practices such as mindful movement and meditation, group acupuncture and sacred ceremony to help women get back in touch with their true nature.

Juniper Gwin, licensed acupuncturist and yoga teacher and Lecia Grossman, executive coach and master facilitator, creatively tap into the collective wisdom of a community of women while challenging and supporting them to greater wholeness.
