Ashok Moza serves as the Regional HR Lead for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa at Nouryon since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading change management efforts post-demerger from AkzoNobel and overseeing legal entity set-up across the region. Ashok has developed talent and learning strategies, contributing to global HR projects such as the "Future Fit - HR technology Platform" and is part of both the Regional Business Leadership Team and the Global HR Function Team. Previously, at AkzoNobel, Ashok held various roles, including Regional HR Business Partner for SEA & Pacific and was instrumental in building the Middle East team for the automotive business. With experience at companies such as Raychem RPG and Mahindra Rise, Ashok's career reflects significant achievements in talent management and organizational development. Ashok holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's in Management Studies from the University of Mumbai, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from GGM Science College Jammu.
