Echo Hu is currently the Regional HR Business Partner for North Asia at Nouryon, where they focus on developing people strategies and fostering a high-performance culture. Previously, Echo served as an HR Manager overseeing multiple sites and was the Learning & Development Manager at AkzoNobel, where they designed training curricula and implemented development programs. Echo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ningbo University, completed in 2022. Their expertise lies in talent management, performance optimization, and building organizational capability to support aggressive growth strategies in the APAC region.
