Leah Fast is a Process Engineer at Nouryon since January 2024, bringing valuable experience from W. R. Grace where a role as a Production Engineer was held from August 2020 to December 2023. During this tenure, Leah developed and implemented a comprehensive site operator training program and provided critical troubleshooting support for production issues. Additionally, as part of the Manufacturing Leadership Program, both project engineering and sourcing and procurement roles were undertaken, completing project deliverables across various FEL stages and creating a tool for Gulf Coast sites to enhance preparedness for hurricanes. Leah Fast graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame in 2020.
