Lu Sun

Lu Sun is a highly experienced professional in analytical chemistry and research, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Nouryon since June 2022. Previously, Lu held multiple roles at Nouryon, including Analytical Chemist and Quality and Technical Service Manager, where responsibilities included developing validated analytical methods and managing quality and technical service for the EMEIA region. Lu contributed significantly to Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry AB as a Research Chemist, specializing in wet chemistry and surface chemistry, and completed a Ph.D. and postdoctoral research at Chalmers University of Technology, focusing on DNA characterization and interactions. Education includes a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, an M.Sc. in Chemistry and Biosciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry from Liaoning University.
