Nick Stokes, MBA, LSSBB, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence, project management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Global Process Owner - Source to Deliver at Nouryon since October 2018, Nick has successfully held roles such as OpEx Manager and Sr. Process Excellence Lead in Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Prior experience includes serving as Director PMO/Project Controls at Evergreen North America Industrial Services, where PMO strategy and project management methodologies were defined and implemented. At GE Oil & Gas, Nick contributed as a Senior Process Improvement Manager, focusing on performance excellence and operational efficiencies. Notably, as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Nick built and executed a continuous improvement strategy. Earlier roles at GE Power involved leading SAP deployments and managing operations within a union plant.
