Peter Westbye

Peter Westbye is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the agriculture and food sectors. Currently serving as R&D Section Manager EMEA at Nouryon since October 2018, Peter has previously held senior scientific roles at ISAA Agrochemical Network and AkzoNobel, where responsibilities included leading technical programs and groundbreaking research projects. Peter's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biopolymer Technology from Chalmers University of Technology, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in related fields. Additionally, Peter has contributed to the Swedish Chemical Society's Division for Surface and Material Chemistry as a board member and has participated in international conferences to enhance scientific discourse in the agrochemical domain.
