Peter Zhou

Peter Zhou is an accomplished technical services manager at Nouryon with extensive experience in managing customer relationships within the mining, mineral, and fertilizer coating sectors since October 2018. Prior roles include group manager/scientist at Nouryon and group head at Akzo Nobel Surface Chemistry, where Peter led regional product development and provided technical support for mining and mineral processing chemicals. Previous experiences involve significant contributions as a senior R&D chemist at W. R. Grace, successfully commercializing multiple products, and conducting post-doctoral research at Columbia University on surfactant interactions. Peter holds a PhD in Colloid and Organic Chemistry from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and both MS and BS degrees in Surface Chemistry and Chemistry, respectively, from Jilin University.
