Ryan Ricklefsen

Ryan Ricklefsen currently serves as the Process Analytic Engineers Team Lead for the Americas and APAC at Nouryon, where expertise has led to significant capacity increases and cost savings through projects like Project 365 and process control improvements. With a solid background in process analytics and engineering, Ryan has successfully managed teams across North America, South America, and Latin America, driving on-site improvement projects utilizing digital tools and methodologies. Prior experience includes roles in production coordination and finishing at AkzoNobel and Jacobs. Ryan holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt. Bachelor's degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management was also earned at Arizona State University.
