Tracy Owens

Tracy Owens is a seasoned professional in IT and business continuity, currently serving as the Business Continuity Program Manager at Nouryon since March 2023, where responsibilities include establishing the Office of Business Continuity. Prior to this, Tracy spent over three decades at NCR, advancing through various roles such as Global IT Program/Project Manager, where oversight included managing mergers and acquisitions infrastructure and leading a team in IT development. Tracy's earlier experience encompasses infrastructure architecture management, regional IT team leadership, and systems administration. Educational achievements include an MS in Executive Masters in Information Technology from The George Washington University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Wright State University. Military service includes a role as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army with a TS/SCI security clearance.
