Greg Joffe

Greg leads many of Nous’ most important business and digital strategy, public policy, service design, operating model, organisation design and efficiency projects. He works with financial services, health and utilities private sector clients; and with government agencies in transport, human services, health, justice, utilities, and industry trade and investment. From 2014-2017 Greg was an adjunct associate professor at the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales (UNSW); where he teaches and publishes research on organisation structure and broader organisation alignment.
