Simone Schulz

Simone is an experienced consultant who leads large and complex engagements for private sector organizations, governments and not-for-profit organizations across Australia.

She brings deep expertise in health systems and policy, as well as human services, particularly related to violence, abuse and neglect. She also works in defense, education and financial services. Simone’s work focuses on working with senior executives and managers to lead large-scale organizational reviews, major system reforms, policy and program reviews and evaluations, strategic planning, and policy development.
