Nous & Soma: mind and body in Greek - creates functional coffee alternatives designed for steady, nervous-system-friendly energy.

Our work is built around a simple truth: modern life trains us to override the signals of our own body - with caffeine, pressure, and constant productivity.

Over time we lose touch with the rhythms that actually sustain energy, focus, and creativity.

Nous & Soma offers a different relationship with energy.
Our products are the physical expression of a framework we developed called the Five Micro Resets - small, intentional shifts across five dimensions of human experience that help people reconnect with their body's own signals throughout the day. The blends were designed as somatic anchors within that framework - a warm, grounding ritual that begins the reset.

Our blends combine roasted roots, functional botanicals, and clinically studied nootropics to nourish rather than deplete - supporting focus without the crash, jitters, or cortisol spike associated with stimulants.

Unlike many coffee alternatives that simply remove caffeine or rely on instant coffee, we add functional nourishment.

Our blends begin with roasted roots and herbs such as dandelion traditionally used to support gut and liver health, naturally rich in prebiotic fibres - supporting foundational systems in the body while supporting the mind with functional nootropics and mushrooms .

Alongside our products, we also champion nervous system health through education and a simple framework we call Micro Resets - small, intentional shifts that help people reconnect with their internal signals throughout the day.

Science-backed.
Nervous-system-kind.
Built from the inside out.
