Brandon Alexander, MAIOP, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Generalist for the Pathway Program at NOV since November 2023. Brandon has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator at Same Day Water Heaters, LLC from July 2022 to November 2023. Additionally, Brandon has been a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. since March 2017, including a tenure as President of the Beta Beta Omicron chapter from March 2017 to May 2018. Prior roles include serving as a Door Host at Pappas Restaurants, Inc., an Independent Contractor for Gopuff, and an Assistant Regional Dispatch Supervisor at Express Package Company, among others. Educationally, Brandon holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management from Touro University Worldwide and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
