Brent Benoit has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brent began their career in 1996 as an Associate at Locke Lord LLP. In 1999, they joined the Texas Attorney General's office as a Special Assistant Attorney General. Brent then moved on to Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP in 2001, where they served as a Partner for thirteen years. In 2015, they joined National Oilwell Varco as the Deputy General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP, a role they currently hold.
Brent Benoit obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics and Finance from Houston Christian University in 1993. Brent then attended The University of Texas School of Law, completing their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 1996.
