Glen McLellan is a specialist in optimizing process topsides through root cause analysis, with a focus on improving production efficiency and environmental performance. With extensive experience in separation and produced water treatment in the oil and gas industry, Glen has managed the Brownfield Optimisation and Environmental services business streams at National Oilwell Varco since 2006. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Field Optimisation Services, Glen also plays a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the company's brownfield services globally. Glen's past roles include leadership positions at Opus Maxim Ltd, where extensive operational and strategic management experience was gained, and at Combustion, Energy & Steam Specialists Ltd, where they re-activated the company and achieved ISO 9002 accreditation.
