Jon Walters

Jon Walters has a diverse work experience. Jon started their career at Newell Rubbermaid in 2003, where they worked in Sales & Marketing for six months. In 2004, they joined NOV and held various roles, including Financial Analyst, Operations Project Manager, and Strategic Planning. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Manager in Corporate Development, and later became the Director of Corporate Development until 2015. Jon also served as the General Manager of Floating Production Solutions in the Asia Pacific region. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Operations, and then took on the role of Vice President of Advanced Analytics & Digital until 2021. From 2021 to 2024, they were the Vice President of Data & Analytics, and currently, they are the President of Shepherd Power.

Jon Walters completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2003. Jon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. In 2020, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Science from Northwestern University.
