Joy C. is a skilled talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for NOV - Canada since July 2022, Joy develops and implements long-term talent acquisition strategies and builds relationships with potential candidates. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Consultant and HR Establishment Consultant/Scrum Master for the Government of Alberta, Community Residential Manager at Boardwalk, and HR/Onboarding Specialist at AECOM. Joy also held the position of HR Advisor/Scrum Master at Coca-Cola HBC, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and HR consultancy.
