Luis Moutinho

Luis Moutinho has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Luis is currently serving as the Board Secretary for INSEAD Alumni USA and as a Board Member for the American Petroleum Institute. In the past, they held various positions at NOV, including Vice President of Quality & HSE, Director of Global Quality, Director of Manufacturing Design, and Manager of Product Line Management. Prior to NOV, they worked as a Business Development Adviser at Advantek Group, a Construction Site Engineer at Rui Prata Ribeiro ltd, and a Site Engineer Trainee at Ramos Catarino SA. Luis also has experience as a Technical Tutor for AutoCAD 2D at various design firms.

Luis Moutinho has a diverse education history. Luis obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg in 2006. Prior to this, they completed another Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Coimbra in 2006. In 2014 and 2015, Luis attended Rice University for Executive Education in Manufacturing Leadership. Luis also obtained certifications from the Global Institute for Risk Management Standards in ISO 31000 Risk Management and from the British Standard Institution as an IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in ISO9001:2015. Their most recent educational endeavor was completing the GEMBA degree (Global Executive MBA) in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they hold a certification as an IRCA Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 from iRCA.
