Mai La is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in machine learning, data engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at NOV since January 2022, Mai La has excelled in developing and deploying machine learning and statistical applications for business predictions. Prior roles at NOV include Senior Data Engineer, where Mai La pioneered cloud-based data solutions, and various managerial positions focusing on product development and operations. Academic involvement includes serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, for courses in machine learning and statistics. Mai La holds a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
