Marc Steman has an extensive career in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Operations Manager for Europe at National Oilwell Varco since January 2003, where responsibilities include overseeing operations for NOV Wellbore Technologies and NOV FluidControl B. V. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Cable Laying Supervisor at Van der Stoel from 1999 to 2002 and served as an International Solids Control Engineer at MI-Swaco from 1990 to 1999. Marc began a career in the field as a Mechanic at Phillips from 1987 to 1990.
