Mark Wallace is an experienced quality management professional with a comprehensive background in oversight and business development within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Quality Manager for the Eastern Hemisphere at NOV since May 1994, Mark has successfully held various managerial roles focused on quality assurance, inspection, and coating operations. Responsibilities include implementing ISO9001-2008 quality management systems, providing training programs, and conducting internal audits across multiple regions. Mark also has significant experience in business development for Zap-Lok Technology in Far East Asia, handling client relations and operational development. Prior to NOV, Mark worked at ICO from 1994 to 2000 as Engineering Manager and QA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 1983 and 1987.
