Matthew Kirchner

Matthew Kirchner is an experienced Project Manager with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Anguil Environmental Systems, Inc. since May 2024, Kirchner has also managed over $300 million in projects at National Oilwell Varco, focusing on Blowout Preventers, Riser Pipes, Controls, and Diverters since September 2013. Prior to this, Kirchner contributed six years to the Department of State WPPS Program, where a solid foundation in management, training, and business development was established. Experience includes leadership roles with Aegis Defence Services Ltd and DynCorp International, where responsibilities involved organizing and managing close protection details in Iraq. Kirchner began a military career as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, holding various leadership positions and completing numerous military education programs. Kirchner holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Washington University in St. Louis and has prior education at Clarkson University and Canisius High School.
