Mayra Cerdan

Mayra Cerdan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at National Oilwell Varco since November 2009, Mayra also holds positions as Attorney in New York State and Mexico and as Regional Counsel for South America and Mexico. Prior to this role, Mayra worked as a Foreign Attorney at Stanford Financial Group, providing legal services to broker-dealers and a commercial bank in Latin America. Earlier legal experience includes working as a Contract Attorney at the Law Office of Sam Adamo, a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Ashley Dworsky, a Judicial Intern at the District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri, and a Judicial Clerk at the Tribunal Superior de Justicia. Mayra earned a Master’s Degree in U.S. Law from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a J.D. from Universidad de Xalapa, along with additional education from Drexel University.
