Mike Loucaides

Mike began his career in NOV’s Distribution Services business unit in Brisbane, Australia 26 years ago as a Pump Systems Engineer. Since then, he has held positions of increased responsibility internationally, managing Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality and HSE. In 2011, he transferred to our Rig Technologies segment and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Quality, HSE and Supply Chain before taking on the role of Chief HSSE Officer in January 2022.

Mike graduated from London University with a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering. He was born in Australia, and has lived and worked in Australia, Indonesia, the UK and the US.
