Milind Phadke

Milind Phadke is a seasoned engineering and quality professional with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering and Quality at NOV since June 2013, Milind leads the Engineering and Quality functions for Production and Midstream products within the Process and Flow Technologies Business Unit. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Director of Engineering Services at NOV, focusing on quality management and metallurgical engineering services. Milind's career began at Tata Motors as a Co-op Trainee, followed by a position as a Senior Materials Engineer at Delphi. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy from COEP Technological University.
