Moncy John

Moncy John has had a diverse work experience in the oil and gas sector. Moncy currently serves as the Head of Procurement and Logistics at National Oilwell Varco since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Proposals Manager at Alderley Plc from February 2015 to May 2020, where they provided support to the sales team and improved the quality and accuracy of tenders. Moncy also has experience as a Procurement Manager at Global Process Systems from November 2008 to January 2015, where they managed a procurement team and implemented cost reduction initiatives. Before that, they worked as a Procurement Specialist at Schlumberger Middle East SA from February 2006 to October 2008, and as a Proposals/Project Engineer at Alderley Plc from June 2002 to February 2006. Moncy'searly career experience includes working as a Site Engineer at Mathew Associates Hook-Up & Weld Services from October 1998 to March 2002. Moncy has a strong background in procurement, logistics, and project management within the oil and gas industry.

Moncy John completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.A. College of Engineering in KOTHAMANGALAM, Kerala, India from 1994-1998. Afterwards, Moncy John pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on OIL & GAS from UPES between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, Moncy John completed their Higher secondary school education in Mathematics at Senior Secondary School Bhilai from 1990 to 1994.
